Coconut Macaroons

Our Coconut Macaroon recipe originates on the shores of Puerto Rico, where they’re called “Besitos de Coco,” or “coconut kisses.” We bake ours with just three all-natural ingredients: coconut, sugar and egg whites.

Pair it with: a cup of coffee or tea.

Manufacturing warning: Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, eggs, and tree nuts.

Ingredients: Dried Coconut, Powdered Sugar (sugar, cornstarch), Invert Sugar Syrup, Pasteurized Egg Whites, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Salt, Calcium Propionate (preservative), Sodium Benzoate (preservative).
